Privacy Policy

Effective August 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Milwaukee Voice AI ("Milwaukee Voice AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information through this website, its contact form, and its demonstration phone line (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy.

Information we collect

Information you submit. The inquiry form may collect your name, business name, work email, phone number, business type, and message. If you contact us another way, we receive the information you choose to provide.

Demo-call information. The AI voice demo may process caller and recipient phone numbers, call date and time, duration, audio, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and information stated during the call.

Technical information. Our hosting, security, form-delivery, and communications providers may automatically process IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, request details, and similar logs needed to deliver and protect the Services.

How information is used

We use information to provide and operate the Services; deliver and respond to inquiries; discuss potential services; run, test, troubleshoot, and improve the demo and call workflows; maintain security; prevent misuse; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not use inquiry details to place automated sales calls or add you to a mailing list.

Call recording, transcription, and consent

The demo is operated by artificial intelligence and is not a human representative. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, and analyzed by us and our service providers. By placing or continuing a demo call after receiving notice, you consent to that processing. If you do not consent, do not call or end the call and use the website form instead. The demo is not an emergency service and should not be used for confidential, medical, financial, legal, or other sensitive matters.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to vendors that provide website hosting, security, form processing, email delivery, telephony, speech recognition, AI processing, transcription, storage, and related operational services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Retention varies by the type of information, our operational needs, provider settings, security needs, and legal obligations. Some voice-service settings may retain recordings and transcripts until a retention period is configured or the data is deleted. We may retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and legal requirements.

Your choices and requests

You may decline to provide optional information, refrain from calling the demo, or end a call. You may use the website contact form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously provided. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data through the Services.

Children

The Services are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, use the contact form to request its deletion.

Third-party services and location

The Services rely on third-party providers with their own practices and terms. Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where those providers operate. Links to third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the Services or our practices change. The effective date above will be revised when updates are posted. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.
